Construction Project Manager

A Civil Engineer or Architect

At least 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager

He/She will be in charge of:

Coordinating with the various contractors on site

Preparing quotations, weekly schedules and reports.

Prepare safety regulations around the site.

She/He will have to know how to use Autocad, Microsoft Project, Word and Excel.

He/She will have to have a lot of local experience to deal with the local contractors and even building officials.
